WELCOME!
This blog is one woman's contribution to a world sorely in need of more poetry. I've started by posting four completed collections: "Maine Girl" (inspired by growing up in the great state of Maine), "Lucky Enough!" (inspired by living by the Chesapeake Bay), "Good in the End" (inspired by hospice work), and "Getting Over Me" (dharma poetry about trying to live a more compassionate life).
Randoms, Rogues and Outliers is where I put other free-standing poems -- some going back decades. Finally, "On Vanishing Path" and "Being Otherwise" -- two more dharma poetry collections -- are works in progress, with poems posted here as I write them.
To get started, just click on whichever collection you'd like to read in the Categories box below. Or take pot luck and just start reading the posts from the top.
I hope you enjoy my poems but, more importantly, I hope you find joy in writing your own poetry and that you find ways to share what you write. Please let me know when you do!
