(A reflection on Verse Six)
I’ve been too long armed and dangerous
Taking deadly aim at threats in range
It’s time to heed the wisdom chorus
Time to contemplate some change
With stockpiles low on patience
I’m always looking for someone to blame
A hapless victim of circumstance
Turning against others is my game
I vow to be a patient warrior hence
Unperturbed by what’s going on in my life
It after all makes much more sense
Than going nuclear in the face of strife.
